It foes take quite a while to shake the markers for the ink to come in but once it does it’s works beautifully!
The calendar is on our freezer door where it fits nicely. Each of us has our own colored marker and our schedules are now shared so we can track family members' activities. I like how nice it looks, too!

The board is fantastic and my wife was very pleased and impressed with the look and quality of the board. For years she has used three different boards to keep up with her transactions and new leads, but now she is so happy to just be using one board.
