SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING INFO
We hate making you wait! We try to ship 3-5 business days after you order for stock items. For customizable boards it may take 1 - 2 weeks. If you need to receive your board sooner, or need it by a certain date, contact us.
If you have ordered a custom business board, we try to ship 3-5 business days after you have approved the proof. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-6 business days (depending on your proximity to Utah) after they're shipped.
Thank you for making sure the shipping information you provide is accurate! If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
We’re happy when you’re happy, and we proudly stand behind our products. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, shoot us an email to info@girlfridayhome.com within (15) days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your board. Items must be in new and unused condition. At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process. Once we receive the returned item we will then issue a refund (minus the original shipping cost, which can range from $20.00 - $50.00). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Package must be insured for product cost as well as shipping cost.
Our 48 x 36 size has a $90 processing cost if returned.
Orders that have been customized (such as our family name calendars) cannot be returned.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you order more than one item, the shipping rates may be incorrect. Contact us for more information.
Because of the costs associated with shipping our boards internationally, all international orders are final sale.
International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs bureau for more information. Generally for large value shipments, you are required to pay an entry fee, plus a certain percentage of the value of the order.
