Mounting Modern Cork Board over a wall panel
If you want to mount your cork board over an Electrical Panel, outlet, or any other panel, we can help you with that!
We attach a framework to the back of the cork to keep it stiff when pushing in the push pins. The framework is the same depth as the mounting hardware. If your panel sticks out at all, the cork will not be able to be mounted properly on the wall.
Both the mounting hardware and the black framework are 3/4" thick, so the cork sits 3/4" away from the wall.
We can reconfigure the black framework to work with your panel, by either attaching framework pieces that are less than 3/4" thick for the section of the cork that covers the panel, or by leaving off the framework for the portion that covers the panel (if the panel or outlet is fairly small). Cost to reconfigure the framework is $25.00 - $50.00.
